Puppies Rescued From Blue Ridge Parkway

Seven two day old puppies where rescued after being discovered abandoned along the Blue Ridge Parkway in Haywood County, North Carolina. The puppies were found tied in a pillowcase and lying along the Blue Ridge Parkway on September 5, 2014. Haywood County animal shelter assistant director took the puppies home and cared for them until the puppies were taken to an animal rescue foundation.Who abandoned the puppies is unknown but if found could face animal abuse charges. The Parkway Puppy Fund was set up to take donations to help pay for the care of the puppies need while they recover at Sarge’s Animal Rescue Foundation.

Or you can also donate on Sarge’s website by using PayPal or credit cards and designating Parkway Puppy Fund (PPF) in the comments section.

There are 2 females puppies and 5 males. They require bottle feeding every 2 hours with formula. As they age they will require the normal canine vaccines and medical care.
